The company, formed in 2020 through the combination of Raytheon Company and the United Technologies Corporation aerospace businesses, is headquartered in Arlington, VA.  Position Overview: Are you interested in playing a key role in defining the future of Aerospace and Defense?  If so, we are hiring an ERP Business Analyst – Record to Report (R2R) to help drive our oneRTX: Process &amp; Systems Transformation program.   The OneRTX Process &amp; Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems. RTX has chosen SAP’s S/4HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases. This role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery within each phase of the program: <ul><li>Blueprint – detailed design for processes, utilizing best practices and maximizing process harmonization opportunities; evaluation of gaps and making scope decisions. </li><li>Build – collaborate with an integrated team of external resources and internal RTX team members in the configuration and development of system capabilities. </li><li>Testing – support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; work alongside business leaders and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution. </li><li>Cutover &amp; Hypercare – support successful migration from legacy systems to new environments. Support go-live and the continuation of RTX business’ financial and operational performance. </li></ul>You are the ideal candidate if you have experience working within an organization that is responsible for driving large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAP’s S/4HANA solution. What You Will Do:<ul><li>Support day to day planning and orchestration of blueprint activities for the R2R workstream.</li><li>Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively.  </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leveraging S/4HANA, enhancing our workstream processes in alignment desired RTX operating model and industry best practices. </li><li>Support creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations. </li><li>Support the evaluation of options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices. </li><li>Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing. </li><li>Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies. </li><li>Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope of the workstream as part of program. </li></ul>Qualifications You Must Have: ​<ul><li>Minimum 10+ years experience with Record to Report (R2R) digital experience and a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (SREM) or equivalent combination of related work and schooling in lieu of degree.</li><li>Experience in Record to Report (R2R)</li><li>Experience with SAP S4 HANA transformation</li><li>Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract</li><li>Qualifications We Prefer:</li><li>Strong understanding of finance processes including but not limited to: Finance Master Data, Allocations, FP&amp;A, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Intercompany, G/L, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Period Close &amp; Consolidation, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition</li><li>Program Management:  Ability to plan, manage &amp; deliver across numerous bodies of work helping to translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements. </li><li>In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities. </li><li>Experience working on large, complex A&amp;D enterprise projects -- or similarly regulated, large organization </li><li>Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects​ </li><li>Ability to travel up to 30%</li></ul>Work LocationThis is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance from Farmington, CT Relocation Eligible: Yes What We Offer: Whether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.
