Are you ready to go beyond?As a Product Owner within the Customer Support Operations group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting internal customers, driving product improvements, and advancing our MS Dynamics portfolio of applications. You will define the strategic roadmap for one or several products with the MS Dynamics platform. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal operations.What You Will Do: <ul><li>Act as the Product Owner for the Customer Support Operations group, delivering value and improvements to the MS Dynamics application suite.</li><li>Define data and analytics requirements and identify opportunities for the business. Collaborate with the Data &amp; Analytics (D&amp;A) team to develop Power BI dashboards and solutions.</li><li>Drive iterative improvements to digital tools using Scrum and Agile methodologies.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Program Managers to align team-level execution with program goals and roadmaps.</li><li>Prepare and prioritize backlogs, track features, and manage work items across multiple teams.</li><li>Maintain Agile planning tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to monitor execution progress and support program tracking.</li><li>Analyze data from Agile tools to create meaningful metrics that communicate progress, team health, and program performance.</li><li>Track progress toward Capability and Feature completion while supporting Program objective tracking.</li><li>Help identify and escalate program-level impediments, working to resolve them efficiently.</li><li>Facilitate Agile cadence events such as retrospectives, demos, and planning sessions.</li><li>Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment with system-level activities.</li><li>Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Drive user engagement with tools through communication strategies such as WalkMe, release notes, training, and more.</li></ul>What You Will Learn:<ul><li>This role offers significant opportunities for mentorship and professional growth in Agile program execution and leadership.
