The company, formed in 2020 through the combination of Raytheon Company and the United Technologies Corporation aerospace businesses, is headquartered in Arlington, VA.    The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: Enterprise Services Procurement and Program Services (ES P&amp;PS) is a centralized supply chain service organization that provides end-to-end supply chain and program services focused to meet the material and services procurement and customs needs of our consumers; ensures 100% compliant execution of stakeholder requirements, procurement transactions, and global imports and exports. ES P&amp;PS is seeking a strong candidate to join our energetic and fast-paced Cadence Team as a Sr Analyst, Supply Chain Management.  The Cadence Team is responsible for a core set of suppliers and performs follow up actions on open purchase orders. These actions will require a strong work ethic, advanced interpersonal skills, critical thought on problem solving, and the ability to effectively work in a hybrid environment to achieve goal metrics.  This position requires the ability to lead without authority and knowledge of the procurement cycle that includes tangible deliverables and intangible services.What You Will Do<ul><li>Identify, prioritize, and implement process automation and process improvement activities across the overall order fulfillment process.</li><li>Validate internal customer demands for material, software, and services for completeness and accuracy.  Through independent analysis, determine the compliant and optimal approach to requisition setup to enable seamless downstream execution of contractual orders.</li><li>Prioritize the creation and release of compliant procurement requisitions in the appropriate procurement system (APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, or SRM).</li><li>Provide requisition issuance oversight and communication of status throughout the procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order to material receipt and through to invoice posting and payment.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the Procurement to Pay process that includes identifying and managing corrective actions.</li></ul>Qualifications You Must Have<ul><li>Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience</li><li>Experience with SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, &amp; SRM</li><li>Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe</li></ul>Qualifications We Prefer<ul><li>CORE Apprentice and/or Champion Certification</li><li>Experience managing workload and prioritizing tasks</li><li>Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and analysis</li><li>Experience working with stakeholders that support the procurement to pay process</li></ul>What We OfferWhether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.
