maintain maps in BizMapper</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements and deliver end-to-end EDI/B2B solutions. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Onboard and support trading partners for EDI (X12, EDIFACT) and other data formats (XML, CSV, flat files). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor production integrations for performance, failures, and SLA compliance; proactively address issues. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Perform Sterling Integrator upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work with security teams to manage certificates, encryption, and secure communications (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provide production support, issue troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Setting up and testing Inbound &amp; Outbound EDI trading partners </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Creating and maintaining documentation for maps and process flows </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Understand current EDI solution implementations &amp; provide Level 3 support for Production Environment </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provide analytical and technical support to internal business and external customers regarding EDI processes </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor Production for proactive maintenance including standard routines such as Security Certificate upgrades, Break fixes, Sustain activities etc. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Should understand the functional design, gathering requirements and scoping solutions, technical design, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing solutions </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support continuous improvement to solution implementation through analysis of failures and failure modes </li></ul></div><div>  </div><div>Basic Qualifications: </div><div><ul><li>6+ years of hands-on technical experience on IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and IBM Mapping tool. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with EDI, B2B system integrations </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Mapping &amp; transformation </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong knowledge of EDI Messages, X12, EDIFACT, XML </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Knowledge of communication, authentication and authorization protocols used for AS2, SFTP, MFT, PGP, SSH </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Working collaboratively with others </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed to interface with infrastructure teams, security teams and development teams </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly, even under pressure </li></ul></div><div>  </div><div>Preferred Qualifications: </div><div>  </div><div><ul><li>Design, develop, implement, and support B2B integrations using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Create and manage business processes, maps (IBM Mapper), envelopes, and adapters for EDI and non-EDI transactions. </li><li>Knowledge of other B2B integration tools (e.g., Axway, SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft) is a plus. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience in hybrid cloud/on-prem environments. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience mentoring junior team members or leading small integration teams. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Supply chain experience with large aerospace OEMs </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Understanding of DNS, TCP / IP protocols, clustering, load balancing, firewalls </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Understanding of SAP ECC Netweaver technologies, i.e. IDOCs, partner profiles, tRFCs, SAP ALE </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Highly analytical and focused on continuous improvement </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Understanding of Azure DevOps, pipelines and deployment </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Communicates effectively, manages multiple tasks, and follows through on commitments </li></ul></div><div>  </div><div>Education: </div><div><ul><li>Bachelors degree or Masters in Information Technology, Computer Science or related technical field preferred with 6+ years of work experience </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Relevant technical certifications a plus </li></ul></div>About Collins AerospaceJoining Collins Aerospace isn’t just about finding a job;
