The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, with a strong focus on garnishment and wage order management. You’ll collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external agencies to support employees and maintain compliance with payroll policies and regulations.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the garnishments subject matter expert (SME) and process owner for U.S. payroll garnishments and wage orders.
  • Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate customer support for payroll-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to interpret and apply policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain and update documentation for payroll garnishment processes.
  • Analyze payroll-related financial data to support reporting and metrics development.
  • Review work regularly for accuracy and completeness; correct discrepancies as needed.
  • Perform complex payroll calculations, data entry, and labor cost analysis.
  • Partner with the Garnishment Center of Excellence (COE) to support employee case resolution and manage escalations.
  • Initiate and manage garnishment/wage order refund cases in ServiceNow (SNOW).
  • Review HR data and garnishment reports to identify employees on leave or terminated; communicate with agencies accordingly.
  • Investigate and resolve monthly garnishment/wage order variances as part of General Ledger reconciliation.
  • Act as a liaison with external agencies for garnishment/wage order clarification and inquiries.
  • Participate in discussions and initiatives involving garnishment/wage order processes as a subject matter expert.
  • Manage the receipt and processing of payroll mail received at the Greenville, TX site.
  • Support additional payroll operations and backup functions as assigned by management.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience
  • Strong PC-based skills; Experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)

  • Detail oriented Self-starter with ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks to manage workload effectively with effective problem solving and decision-making skills to promote work efficiency
  • Proven experience in payroll operations, with a strong emphasis on garnishments and wage orders.
  • Solid understanding of federal and state wage withholding laws.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience working with payroll systems and case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Analytical ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer issues while collaborating to work effectively in a team environment and reach consensus decisions

Hybrid: Employees who are working in hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 100,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
