TEE is a multi-discipline organization responsible for contributing to the development of test solutions for all Raytheon products. Typical work involves designing interface assemblies, selection and integration with test instruments and environments, to develop a test system for all Raytheon products including both lab engineering and factory production test systems.This position is 100% ONSITE in McKinney, Texas.What You Will DoThe RF Test Systems Engineer II will be responsible for the design development, integration and validation of test hardware and software solutions for multiple production programs.<ul><li>Work with hardware, software, and program engineers to design and develop test software solutions for production testing</li><li>Implement system software engineering best practices in planning, development, and execution of scope, schedule, and budget</li><li>Implement best practice standards regarding the planning, coordination, and execution of design activities with sound engineering process discipline and leadership</li><li>Effectively communicate technical information in formal design review settings</li><li>Provide hands-on support to product testing within an engineering test environment</li><li>Share knowledge and provide mentoring to other engineers on the team</li><li>Support the Section Manager in the execution of the RF Technologies department goals</li></ul>Qualifications You Must Have<ul><li>Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)</li><li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience with the following:<ul><li>Developing and deploying test software solutions in C#, CVI, C, C++, and/or MATLAB, using code review tools</li><li>Automating RF test equipment control (e.g. vector network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.)</li><li>Creating test plans and sequences for RF measurements using NI Test Stand or MATLAB</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>US Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
