U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.</li></ul>Qualifications We Prefer:<ul><li>Experience with requirements test development, test analysis, derivations, verification and test validation.</li><li>Experience developing and, or executing factory test plans, procedures, and equipment to support an EO/IR sensor system or relatable system.</li><li>Analytical capabilities, or an ability to relate observed phenomenon back to first principals.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and be able to effectively communicate with Test Management, IPT leaders, hardware and software development engineers, specialty engineers, program managers, and customers.</li><li>Prior experience with ROIC wafer probing, fabrication, integration, verification, and validation for a complex EO/IR system.</li><li>Experience with basic scripting and/or software development (MATLAB, C++/C# preferred)</li><li>Experience with LabView or other SW package to control laboratory equipment and operation of sensors.</li></ul>What We Offer:Whether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a total rewards package that goes above and beyond with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement, and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.
