Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. The Counter UAS Finance team within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) strategic business unit has an immediate need for an early in career Cost Schedule &amp; Controls Analyst (P2) to provide support to the Coyote-SONIC program within our portfolio.As a core member of this team, you will work in a challenging and fast-paced team environment. Frequent interaction and collaboration with various functions (finance, engineering, operations, contracts, and program office) and multiple levels of leadership will require you to possess strong presentation and communication skills and have a strong understanding of Earned Value Principles and Processes.You must be an excellent communicator with an enthusiastic and strong desire to learn while being challenged. Relocation assistance is not being provided.What You Will Do<ul><li>Provide comprehensive monthly Cost and Schedule analysis</li><li>Support preparation of cost CDRLs including Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports (IPMDARs), and Contractor Funding Summary Reports (CFSRs)</li><li>Support the development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)</li><li>Support the Earned Value Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) of the SONIC program, ensuring data accuracy and compliance within the guidelines of the program instruction, internal EVM policy and 10255</li><li>Support the monthly forecast / close process</li></ul>Qualifications You Must Have<ul><li>Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field &amp; 2 years finance/accounting work experience</li><li>Experience with Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or Project)</li><li>Experience with variance analysis</li><li>Experienced with SAP EVMS software, SAP Business Warehouse or equivalent systems</li><li>U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements</li></ul>Qualifications We Prefer<ul><li>Works under general direction and participates in determining objectives of assignment</li><li>Ability to identify issues and implement corrective action plans that produce positive results</li><li>Experience interfacing with senior level management and customers, including formal presentations</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines with high attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>What We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
