The Effectors Center within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&amp;TC) organization is currently hiring a Principal Systems Engineer – Systems Engineering Lead to join our Tucson, AZ location on the Coyote Block 2C-Navy program. SE&amp;TC is an exciting and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to design, develop and partner with multi-disciplines to shape innovative solutions for our customers.The Principal Systems Engineer – Systems Engineering Lead is a technical leadership role contributing directly to the requirements development and decomposition of complex system and subsystems as well as developing the verification approach. The Coyote Block 2C-Navy program is a rapid development program integrating Coyote Block 2C and associated launch systems onto US Navy ships.What You Will Do:<ul><li>You will communicate to the Systems IPTL, Lead Systems Engineer, and Program leadership to provide team status, accomplishments, issues, and help needed.</li><li>You will develop system and subsystem requirements for complex systems by collaborating with several IPTLs and SMEs to obtain necessary design information.</li><li>Provide SE technical expertise in development, integration, troubleshooting and failure investigations</li><li>Lead technical discussions, and formulate plans of action by leveraging company Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple engineering disciplines</li></ul>Qualifications You Must Have:<ul><li>Typically requires Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience</li><li>Experience performing requirements definition, decomposition, and changes</li><li>Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
