Review and approve inputs/outputs to/from partner organizations.</li><li>Improvement – Perform independent evaluations and risk assessments across lifecycle. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions.</li><li>Products – Ensure integrity of the technical data package. Identify, collect, and measure software quality attributes, metrics, and data.</li><li>Teamwork – Interact with customers, product development, and test personnel. Increasingly adopt Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.</li></ul>Qualifications You Must Have:<ul><li>Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of Quality or Engineering Experience.</li><li>8 years working experience in a Quality or Technical role and applying advanced concepts across at least EIGHT of the following.<ul><li>Compliance Evaluation experience: validation, verification, auditing, action items.</li><li>Requirements Verification experience: software/systems specifications, functionality, performance, release plans, statement of work, contracts.</li><li>Release Management experience: checklists, labels, versions, licenses, repositories.</li><li>Test Witnessing experience: test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test sites.</li><li>Software Processes experience: requirements decomposition, code reviews, functions / features, building / configuration management.</li><li>Defect Management experience: dispositioning, prioritization, resolution, implementation.</li><li>Records Management experience: software executables, release notes, security bulletins, training manuals, user guides.</li><li>Integration experience: security, systems, software, hardware, connectivity, tools, equipment.</li><li>Maintenance Processes experience: patches, upgrades, installation, backups, recovery, synchronization.</li><li>Technology experience: applications, servers, virtual machines, networks, storage.</li><li>Projects Experience: Proven experience with overseeing, coordination, planning, prioritization, execution, and escalation.</li><li>Policies Experience: Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Analysis Experience: Experience identifying Root Cause of process issues and implementing Corrective Actions.</li><li>Metrics Experience: Experience defining, developing, monitoring, measuring, reporting, and dashboards.</li><li>Agile Experience: Familiarity with SCRUM teams, sprints / increments, stories / points, backlog / burndown) and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).</li><li>PowerPoint Experience: Creating and presenting Senior Management briefings.</li></ul></li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Security Clearance.
