In this role, youll work with a team of talented engineers, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and safety.This is an onsite position at our Sterling VA facility; Relocation is not provided.What You Will Do: <ul><li>You will provide project execution management including detail planning, cost account management, status and analysis, while also participating in system design and implementation activities where possible. </li><li>Leading and managing the engineering bid and planning process for a multi-disciplinary engineering team. </li><li>You will collaborate across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on program goals, including regular interface with Value Stream Leadership and Engineering Management</li><li>Work on multiple programs simultaneously</li><li>You will provide communication and status to relevant stakeholders. </li><li>You will support verification and traceability of the system requirements. </li><li>You will support peer reviews on test procedures &amp; design documentation. </li><li>You will own the development of your design approach through collaboration with subject matter experts. </li><li>You will help drive resolution for technical issues through problem-solving and coordination across impacted teams. </li><li>You will have the opportunity to improve our approaches through sharing lessons learned with the team and department. </li></ul>What you will learn: <ul><li>You will be able to gain highly visible leadership experience and exposure within Precision Navigation, Resilient Navigation Solutions, and Mission Systems. </li><li>You will gain exposure to multiple key technologies with opportunities to deepen your subject matter expertise in related areas. </li><li>You will have opportunities to influence and enrich the department culture as we continuously look to improve.  </li></ul>Qualifications You Must Have:  <ul><li>Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience</li><li>The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
