Implement projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.</li><li>Coordinate, prepare, manage and respond to Quality Deficiency Reports.</li><li>Lead Material Review Board (MRB), and support Failure Review Board (FRB), working with cross-functional teams to disposition nonconformances and lead root-cause investigation, corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Application of knowledge of Government Quality Requirements and Standards including aerospace, commercial, defense, and space industries.</li><li>Lead, nurture, and mentor others in routine work and difficult situations.</li><li>Work closely with program team members in a lab environment.</li><li>Provide regular program status reports to management.</li></ul>Qualification You Must Have:<ul><li>Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of engineering experience.</li><li>Working and auditing experience with a Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and/or AS9100).</li><li>Working experience with drawings/specs and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&amp;T).</li><li>Experience leading Nonconforming Material Review Boards and supporting Failure Review Boards (MRB/FRB).</li><li>Experience with leading root cause corrective action (RCCA) and applying quality methodology and tools.</li><li>Must have an existing U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain additional program access as required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
