We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time.</li><li>To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers.</li></ul><ul><li>We are hiring for the Integrated Fires Protection Center (IFPC) Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) role.  </li></ul><ul><li>The IPTL will work across all integration and flight test activities.  This lead will need to be able to ensure all program SI&amp;T activities are correctly scheduled, resourced, and effectively supported to meet program and customer milestones.  </li></ul><ul><li>This IPTL will manage a team of SI&amp;T engineers that will support development efforts, launcher integration events, and program flight test for IFPC. This lead will be responsible for the manpower planning and growth of the SI&amp;T team as well as proposal and planning efforts. </li></ul><ul><li>This position is an onsite role in Tucson AZ. Remote work is not possible.</li></ul><ul><li>This position may require up to 25% travel during periods that include field test execution.</li></ul>What you will do<ul><li>Lead a team of engineers in integration and flight test efforts on IFPC in the planning and execution for lab and field test execution.</li></ul><ul><li>Make cost and schedule decisions to meet monthly and annual reporting requirements</li><li>Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications/requirements.</li><li>Perform data collection activities, including review and analysis of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results. </li><li>Create and modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which may include Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.</li><li>Support field testing and occasional travel for durations typically for a one- or two-week duration.</li><li>Support Proposal and EAC activities</li></ul>Qualifications You Must Have<ul><li>Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or Math and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in Hardware &amp; Software Integration, with preference for integration on military platforms</li><li>Experience in Integrated Product Team Lead experience, Experience with developing test plans and procedures</li><li>Experience evaluating requirements and with Verification and Validation methods, Experience with the use of lab/field test equipment</li><li>Experience with direct customer engagements, Experience is establishing and configuring labs including spread benches, Hardware in the Loop Setups, Microsoft and Linux Servers and emulators</li><li>Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
