In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams through Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, addressing non-conformances, production deviations, and customer complaints with a focus on long-term solutions.What You Will Do:<ul><li>Facilitate and lead cross-functional team in, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, including identifying non-conformances, providing solutions, tracking issues to closure. Implement projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving</li><li>Lead quality investigations related to production deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.</li><li>Review and approve manufacturing process changes, validations, and product documentation.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Zero, PFMEA, MPR projects and process optimization.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on quality tools, methods, and statistical analysis.</li><li>Experience with leading root cause corrective action (RCCA) and applying quality methodology and tool</li><li>Working experience with drawings/specs and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&amp;T)</li><li>Strong understanding of process validation, and statistical methods.</li></ul> Qualifications You Must Have:<ul><li>Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience</li><li>Experience with leading root cause corrective action (RCCA) and applying quality methodology and tool</li><li>Working experience with drawings/specs and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&amp;T).</li><li>Experience in process validation and statistical methods</li></ul>Qualifications We Prefer<ul><li>Experience in any of the following is highly desired: Six Sigma or Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)</li><li>Experienced in 8D, quality tools, 5 Whys of Root Cause Analysis, and SPC analysis.</li><li>Ability to lead a cross-functional team and provide forecasting to reach established goals.</li><li>Ability to assimilate, analyze, and present data to leaders, customers, and peers.</li><li>Experiencing interfacing with internal and external customers as well as all levels of personnel.</li></ul>Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
