Our Pratt & Whitney Digital Systems (DS) team has an exciting remote opportunity for a PLM Senior Solution Architect (Teamcenter/NX).
What You Will Do:
This roles allows for the opportunity to design and set forward direction for PLM systems in support of the engineering community and P&W’s Product Lifecycle Management environment. You will be part of a highly collaborative team responsible for delivery of Product and Application Support to our customers and partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to plan and execute global PLM requirements in support of world class system availability and performance.
- Partner with engineering PLM discipline team to provide full product lifecycle management.
- Participate on the PLM Interdisciplinary Program Management Team to provide technical expertise and maintain project continuity and communicate deployment plans.
- Manage relationship and delivery with key PLM suppliers.
- Own and author the P&W PLM roadmap including technologies and industry best practices.
- Consulting with Engineering customers to advise on key PLM product and configuration challenges.
- Manage performance of PLM application management support contract performance.
- Advise on enterprise PLM integration solutions to enable end-to-end data connectivity across the organization.
- Lead implementation and deployment of end-to-end PLM solutions across engineering, manufacturing and service.
- Help improve PLM application performance and reliability by deploying necessary tools and techniques.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and 12+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes 7+ years of experience of Teamcenter/NX PLM systems engineering including; architecture design, application integration, product road mapping, delivery and support; OR an Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and 10+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes that includes 7+ years of experience of Teamcenter/NX PLM systems engineering including; architecture design, application integration, product road mapping, delivery and support.
- Ability to design and implement solutions for Teamcenter.
- Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, can develop clear, concise and logically written business communications, as well as deliver recommendations effectively to demanding audiences.
- Proven track record communicating to senior business leaders regarding PLM.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working in a complex, service-intensive, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships to leverage information and insights across key groups.
- Strong personal leadership, organizational, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding formal and informal presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire confidence in senior management and to be recognized as the authority by many stakeholders.
- Self-starter with self-confidence, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to Government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Advanced degree.
- Ability to provide strategic technical PLM leadership and lead by influence the creation of long-term strategy (e.g., more than 3 years) roadmaps in a virtual environment.
- Highly skilled at analyzing business process and seeing opportunities for digital solutions.
- Experience in supplier management, Project Management, SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills, work ethic and a high level of personal integrity and accountability.
- Willingness to learn new technologies & take on new projects to grow experience.
- Highly self-directed and able to learn quickly with a solid ability to drive and deliver results.
- Strong analytical skills, demonstrated organizational and leadership skills, examples of effective teamwork, a track record of consistently meeting deadlines and due dates.
- Youre comfortable working with minimal daily supervision and to balance numerous priorities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, in a fast-paced environment of rapidly changing demands.
- Experience designing and implementing automated solutions.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
