RTX ES Infrastructure is seeking an experienced and visionary Oracle Cloud Technology Leader to join our growing team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping our Oracle Cloud strategy, leading complex implementations, and driving the adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Oracle Cloud applications and infrastructure, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful large-scale projects.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute the Oracle Cloud technology roadmap, aligning with overall business objectives and digital transformation initiatives
  • Lead the architectural design and technical oversight of Oracle Cloud implementations (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), ensuring scalable, secure, and robust solutions
  • Drive the strategy, architecture, and implementation of High-Performance Computing (HPC) workloads on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud projects, managing scope, budget, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Oracle Cloud specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful adoption
  • Provide deep technical guidance and hands-on support for complex Oracle Cloud challenges, including integrations, data migrations, and performance optimization
  • Stay abreast of the latest Oracle Cloud developments, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, integrating them into our solutions
  • Establish and enforce governance standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements for Oracle Cloud environments

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in IT and 3+ years specifically leading large-scale Oracle Cloud Implementations

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and optimizing High-Performance Computing (HPC) workloads and solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools for Oracle Cloud
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Python, or other relevant programming languages is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and integration patterns
  • Experience managing and mentoring technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion
  • Experience with large scale enterprise Oracle database implementations

  • This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
