You will be a part of a high-level activity and collaborative environment as part of our Electronics Commodity Procurement team. The selected individual will be responsible for leading procurement efforts in support of multiple programs across the Raytheon portfolio. In this role, you will foster relationships with suppliers, administer subcontracts in a fashion consistent with integrated supply chain models, recognizing the role and value of each participant through the acquisition life cycle from requirements generation through product delivery, product support, and payment for products and services.  You will engage in supplier performance, relationship management, strategic sourcing as well as facilitate complex business agreements in support of the various contracts.What You Will Do:<ul><li>Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy</li><li>Work with and review Statement of Work (SOW) documents</li><li>Prepare and issue Request for Quotations/ Proposals, Perform price and cost analysis and lead negotiation plans / strategies as well as address any exceptions to flow downs, specifications, quality notes, or Raytheon terms and condition requirements</li><li>Formally document purchase orders per internal procedures</li><li>Perform routine post-award management activities</li><li>Significant supplier interaction in collaboration with Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Raytheon Customer and Commodity Performance Lead</li><li>Nurture professional business relationships with first tier subcontractors</li><li>Able to support travel (up to 10%)</li></ul>This role is an individual contributor positionQualifications You Must Have:<ul><li>Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years relevant experience</li><li>Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, management, finance, or similar leadership role</li><li>U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62</li></ul>Qualifications We Prefer:<ul><li>Experience in Government procurement</li><li>SAP/PRISM based environment experience</li><li>Experience in written contractual authorization/ vehicles (Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price etc.) and experience assessing proposal compliance (FAR 15.4)</li><li>Price Cost Analysis experience</li><li>Experience with proposals from prospective suppliers and analyze cost/price, technical capability, and financial viability, conduct investigations to ensure ability to perform within cost and schedule</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)</li><li>Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services- including Statement of Work (SOW) review</li><li>Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow-down requirements, as well as standard Terms and Conditions)</li><li>Experience with supplier management</li><li>Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment</li><li>Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal internal customers.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
