The Manager, Global Trade (GT) will support the Enterprise Operations Supply Chain organization, and will be located in Charlotte, North Carolina or remote. As part of the Enterprise Operations GT team, the Manager will support the Enterprise Operations Supply Chain organization ensuring regulatory compliance with the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and any other global regulations that govern requirements for the applicable Supply Chain organization activities.
*Responsibility excludes SBU Supply Chain activities, unless expressly assigned by Enterprise Operations GT Lead.
What You Will Do:
Serve as the Enterprise Operations GT Supply Chain global strategy lead, supporting the Central Supply Chain organization, including Supply Chain Compliance, Direct and Indirect Procurement, Supplier Development/Performance, and other Supply Chain global functions.
Develop, enhance, and deploy a comprehensive GT compliance program within the Supply Chain organization.
Proactively partner with and influence key stakeholders, including Supply Chain leadership, Central GT leadership and Legal, to ensure successful execution of programs and initiatives.
Develop standardized KPIs and guidance in support of GT compliance goals and strategies for the Supply Chain organization.
Gather information and analyze complex problems involving GT compliance and business risk and advise Supply Chain leadership and other key stakeholders on proposed solutions.
Directly or indirectly manage one or more GT professionals focused on implementing tactical and operational plans in support of functional strategy.
Develop, implement, and oversee an Enterprise Operations GT Supply Chain Focal Network.
Continuously evaluate current processes and propose relevant improvements to increase efficiency/productivity.
Must be willing and able up to 10% of the time
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

Experience with adapting to changing government and customer conditions.
Project management experience.
Experience with Global Trade regulations and requirements (U.S. required, Non-U.S. preferred)

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
