As part of the Digital Engineering organization, you will collaborate closely with product line engineering teams to design, develop, and implement MBSE capabilities that enhance P&amp;C’s product development processes and align with our business goals. Your leadership will drive the transformation toward a model-based approach—bridging technology, processes, and people to deliver smarter, more efficient engineering solutions.In this key role, you will shape the strategic roadmap for MBSE adoption, promote best practices across engineering disciplines, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
