The incumbent will work both individually, and in teams, to gather, document, and execute customer requirements for the creation, modification and improvements of software in support of business operations in logistics and supply chain. Additionally, candidates will assist in the maintenance of software infrastructure in collaboration with supporting teams.What You Will Do:<ul><li>Code and test programming for in-house software programs</li><li>Debug code for existing applications</li><li>Troubleshoot system bugs and issues</li><li>Promote systems between local, development, test, and production environment</li><li>Balance workday between multiple projects and respond immediately to support requests from staff</li><li>Escalate issues and concerns immediately to Project Manager/Supervisor</li><li>Participate in scrum and code reviews</li></ul>Qualifications You Must Have:<ul><li>Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.</li><li>Experience with the software development cycle</li><li>Experience with ASP.NET with C# and Microsoft SQL Server versions 2008 to 2012</li><li>Experience with full stack development</li><li>US Citizenship is required due to access to sensitive information.</li></ul>Qualifications We Prefer:<ul><li>Experience working with JQuery and JavaScript</li><li>Experience with HTML, Linq and CSS</li><li>Experience with Angular 18 would be ideal</li><li>Experience with Bootstrap</li><li>Experience with Agile development, Jira</li><li>Experience with Cloud software solutions, AWS</li><li>An understanding of database Views, Stored Procedures, Normalization, Indexing, and Triggers.</li><li>Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft software</li><li>Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly</li><li>Preferred Knowledge in SSIS, Windows Services, Alteryx, Tableau</li><li>Preferred Knowledge in data extraction, modeling, reporting</li><li>Strong background in software development and programming.</li><li>Self-motivated, able to execute with timely and efficient output</li><li>Works well independently and in team environments</li><li>Creative with an analytical mindset</li><li>Competency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Outlook</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
