The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining complex software systems, with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.What you will do:<ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and improvements for engineering applications.</li><li>Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL.</li><li>Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Adhere to SAFe Agile principles and practices, actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that meets best practices and coding standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions and conduct demonstrations of the work products successful implementation.</li><li>Continuously improve existing systems and processes to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.</li></ul>Qualifications You Must Have:<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in full stack development using C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL.</li><li>Experience with SAFe Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Experience with version control systems such as Git and managing work in Jira.</li></ul>Qualifications We Prefer:<ul><li>Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.</li><li>Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li></ul>What We Offer:Whether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
