The CORE operating system unifies business units and functions across the company with a common language and methodology.The Enterprise Services, Business Solutions CORE Domain Focal will lead the configuration and implementation of RTX CORE for a portfolio of services within Business Services. This role also focuses on the use of CORE tools to enable their assigned portfolio of services to prioritize improvement opportunities, assign resources, and solve the highest impact business problems so we deliver results.What You Will Do <ul><li>Lead the implementation of the CORE operating system for select services within Business Services and drive corresponding cadences.</li><li>Focus on strategic priorities aligned with the CORE Goal Alignment process</li><li>Facilitate workshops, execution &amp; progress reviews, retrospectives, and other forums to assist with the assigned domain(s)/sub-domain(s) CORE configuration, implementation, and deployment</li><li>Assist with tracking improvement targets, strategic initiative reviews, quarterly business reviews, and staff meetings</li><li>Provide guidance and clarity to domain/sub-domain leadership to drive process maturity and operational performance</li><li>Actively collaborate across domains/sub-domains to accelerate CORE adoption and deliver results</li><li>Assist with building a CORE talent pipeline to meet CORE training and certification requirements</li><li>Become CORE Expert certified, if not already</li><li>Travel approximately 25–50%, or as business needs require</li></ul>Qualifications You Must Have <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Technology, Engineering, Math Statistics or related field related field) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience</li><li>Demonstrated experience influencing senior leadership and collaborating cross-functionally, with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Successfully obtained CORE professional certification, or equivalent Six Sigma Green Belt certification</li></ul>Qualifications We Prefer <ul><li>Six Sigma Black Belt equivalent level of knowledge</li><li>CORE Expert or equivalent</li><li>Degree in Data Science or Statistics preferred</li><li>Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams</li></ul>What We OfferWhether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.
