Position Overview:
RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced Asset Operations Lead to oversee the operational aspects of our digital technology asset management program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our digital technology assets, optimizing their utilization, and maintaining compliance with relevant policies and standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong operational management skills and a deep understanding of digital technology asset operations in a global, multi-business unit environment.
What You Will do:
- Lead and manage the global digital technology asset operations team, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure the efficient management of digital technology assets across the organization.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of digital technology assets, including tracking, inventory management, maintenance, and support.
- Collaborate with business units (Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon) to understand their operational needs and ensure the asset operations meet these requirements.
- Monitor and analyze asset utilization and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all digital technology assets, including asset tracking, inventory levels, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to manage asset acquisition, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect digital technology assets from theft, loss, or unauthorized access.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status and performance of digital technology asset operations.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital asset operations and incorporate this knowledge into operational processes.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital asset operations.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Strong understanding of digital technology asset lifecycle management, including tracking, inventory management, maintenance, and support.
- Proven experience in managing the operational aspects of an asset management program.
- Excellent operational management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to digital technology asset management
- Experience with asset management software and tools.
- Ability to travel as required
