Step into a pivotal role of Analyst, Demand Management where you’ll take the helm of managing customer purchase orders, demand forecasting, and zero-hour returned units, ensuring seamless scheduling and reporting of the EACS demand profile. In this position, you’ll be the cornerstone of collaboration, supporting both the Program Office and Operations Teams, and playing a key role in the SI&OP Team’s demand reviews and maturity process. 

What You Will Do:
•    Manage and be responsible for all aspects of Customer Purchase orders from initiation to fulfillment.
•    Manage and be responsible for all aspects of Customer demand forecast
•    Manage and be responsible for all aspects of Customer Zero Hour Returned Units, gaining insights into product lifecycle management and the challenges associated with returns and repairs.
•    Support SI&OP team – Giving presentations to a wide audience (Demand Reviews)
•    Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
 
What You Will Learn:
•    Gain knowledge while learning to support Program Office, Operations Teams, and Contracts
•    Learn how to roll out and  adhere to and comply with Stand Work Processes
•    Work with a variety of peers and learn more about adherence to Import / Export Compliance Requirements


Qualifications You Must Have:
•    Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
•    U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

•    Displays experience using SAP 
•    Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office products

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
