Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.Job Summary:The Integrated Air &amp; Missile Defense Systems (IAMDS) department leads all aspects of Systems Engineering that drive the development of complex systems to support the Raytheon Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) mission area from our Tewksbury MA, and Andover MA locations. The IAMDS department supports Raytheon by cultivating a world-class group of systems thinkers who work together as a team to architect technical solutions to some of the world’s toughest challenges.
