With 22,000 clients, including 93% of the Fortune 100, and 32,000 employees across 28 countries, RRD brings the expertise, execution, and scale designed to transform customer touchpoints into meaningful moments of impact.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong><em>This is a hybrid role with location preference in the Chicago or Kansas City Markets.  Applicants in other locations may considered, but must be in the Central Time Zone.</em></strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>This role sells RRD products and solutions via phone or electronic communication means to customers in an assigned territory.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Business Development Activities will include:<ul><li>Market and company research to identify potential clients and points of contact.</li><li>Cold Calling Activities</li><li>Schedule and hold virtual / phone-based introduction meetings</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Sales Activities will be conducted individually or in collaboration with another RRD Sales Representative.</li></ul><ul><li>Sales Activities may include:<ul><li>Strategy development to best present the product or solution</li><li>Client Presentations (virtual or onsite)</li><li>Responding to Requests for Proposal, Bid, Information, etc.</li><li>Coordination and transfer of Client and account knowledge to another Sales or Client Services team member.</li><li>Record all touchpoints in the Customer Relationship Management System.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Remain up to date on RRD product knowledge and industry insights.</li></ul><ul><li>Analyze and filter data provided on accounts and prospects to build an individual forecast and sales strategy</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Skills and Certifications</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management Software preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Creative and analytical problem-solving skills</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working collaboratively with other individuals and departments</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and make adjustments to meet business needs.</li></ul><ul><li>B2B Sales Experience Preferred</li><li>Associate Degree with 2 years of Inside or Enterprise Solution Sales experience is preferred</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>The national pay range for this role is $51,400 - $76,100. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
