Evaluate process improvement opportunities, define process metrics, and develop improvement plans. Coordinate with other departments to identify and prioritize process improvements to achieve operational excellence.<br /> <br /> Positions Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Gathers, analyzes and interprets data through inspection and evaluation of current processes. Analyze trends or variations to define the problems.</li><li>Prepare reports, charts, tables and other visual aids to summarize operations and highlight findings.</li><li>Ensure conformance with overall company standards relating to documentation and record systems.</li><li>Monitor compliance to Non-conformance and Corrective Action Standard Practice to ensure effectiveness of process.</li><li>Assist in planning and preparing quality, procedural and process training by coordinating or performing training with appropriate parties.</li><li>Assist in the creation of presentations and training sessions for continuous improvement.</li><li>Participates and leads in identified improvement projects as required.</li><li>Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Able to translate previous work experience in to strong problem-solving skills and appropriately apply proven solutions.<br /> Consistently deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance.<br /> Apply existing processes and procedures to solve problems and may receive guidance for problems that are non-routine.<br /> Able to apply very good functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC or other technical tools to complete work assignments.<br /> Requires advances knowledge of Excel, Word, and Business Objects/CRDM along with ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position.<br /> Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with both internal and external clients. <br /> Able to understand general business concepts and apply them when communicating with diverse groups of people when completing work assignments.<br /> Bachelors degree in discipline related to function of work<br /> 3 or more years relevant work experience<br /> Candidates with an understanding of digital print knowledge and EDI workflows are preferred.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p><p> </p><p>The national pay range for this role is $55,100 to $82,700 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
