The Engagement lead will work closely with global process owners, business process owners, change experience teams and data and analytics teams to challenge, harmonise, standardise and where needed adapt / deliver reporting requirements across S4 and associated analytics systems.</p><p></p><h1><b>What are we looking for?</b></h1><ul><li>Experience of reporting in General ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, consolidated reporting using SAP ECC / S4 data in SAP and Microsoft Azure eco system of tools and technologies.</li><li>Experience of finance reporting on SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics for Cloud with  functional understanding of various data models in SAP.</li><li>Appreciation of differences in various ERP solutions for finance reporting and approaches to integrate data using appropriate data architecture principles and guidelines.</li><li>Experience in advocating processes and mechanisms for interim and parallel reporting in global rollout of a template solution.</li><li>Previous product ownership / product management role in record to report functional domain with analytics focus.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and change agent mindset.</li><li>The role would require individuals to closely collaborate with various functions while maintaining focus on delivery, deployment and adoption of reporting in the markets.</li><li>Experience in balancing and delivering needs from global template and local needs.</li><li>Experience of working in a matrix environment.</li></ul><p></p><h1><b>What will be your key responsibilities?</b></h1><ul><li>You will drive consistency and standardisation in reporting by engaging with process owners to catalogue reporting requirements.</li><li>You will challenge, harmonise, standardise reporting requirements within a functional domain, across segment and division for process performance management.</li><li>You will participate in and contribute to guiding process owners of standard reporting.</li><li>You will be responsible for ensuring data architecture of data model is fit for purpose for reporting needs and aligned to the strategic requirements.</li><li>You will create engagement content in close collaboration with change experience teams and business engagement team leads.</li><li>You will collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions, conduct detailed analysis, provide recommendations for process and system improvements.</li><li>You will present business requirements to stakeholders and perform gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>You will educate business with self-service aspects to consume reports and make user specific changes.</li><li>You will work closely with third party System Integrator partners to deliver quality, scalable and robust enterprise solutions within time and budget.</li></ul><p></p><h1><b>What can you expect from Mars?</b></h1><ul><li>Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.</li><li>Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.</li><li>Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.</li><li>An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.</li></ul><p></p><p>#TBDDT</p><p></p><p></p>
