You’ll be a manager and oversee the People /HR Coordinator role, serve as a trusted advisor to teammates and leadership, and champion a culture of transparency, engagement, and continuous improvement. This role also supports cross-functional initiatives and corporate projects as needed. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for team-mate advocacy, strong business acumen, and the ability to build meaningful partnerships across all levels. You bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What are we looking for?</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field</li><li>3+ years of progressive P&amp;O/HR experience</li><li>Proven experience administering employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, FMLA, and leave of absence, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to effectively communicate benefits information to associates.</li><li>Skilled in managing associate relations matters, including conducting investigations, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and employment law.</li><li>Proven team leadership and development skills with the ability to delegate strategically for impact.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities; adept at navigating ambiguity and complex situations.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high levels of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and empathy.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations; committed to compliance and ethical practices.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and support informed decision-making.</li><li>Self-motivated, action-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and collaboration.</li><li>Proficient in Google Workspace, and related tools.</li></ul><p></p><p><i><u>Nice to have</u></i></p><ul><li>PHR or SHRM certified preferred but not required</li><li>HRIS Experience, including familiarity with Paycom or Workday and other reporting tools</li></ul><p><b>What would be your key responsibilities?</b></p><ul><li>Serve as a key HR resource for Associates and management, providing guidance on policies, HRIS systems, procedures, and general inquiries.</li><li>Lead and develop our People Coordinator role, setting direction and ensuring effective execution of priorities related to our People Function.</li><li>Partner with our Associate Relations Specialist to resolve complex associate relations issues by conducting investigations and addressing concerns with minimal oversight.</li><li>Oversee and support benefits coordination, FMLA/leave tracking, annual enrollment, and related HR processes.</li><li>Establish and maintain trusted relationships across all levels to promote transparency, open communication, and collaboration, while serving as a subject matter expert on HR policies, programs, and initiatives.</li><li>Partner with learning and development to identify opportunities for enhancing culture and engagement within Operations through targeted programs, training, and initiatives.</li><li>Apply a continuous improvement mindset to recommend process enhancements and drive cross-functional efficiencies.</li><li>Leverage data and HR systems to support decision-making, track key workforce metrics, and ensure accurate and timely associate transactions.</li><li>Support the implementation and compliance of HR initiatives, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across assigned departments.</li><li>Maintain accurate associate records and ensure adherence to internal policies and federal/state employment laws.</li><li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including offer letters, documentation, exit interviews, and licensure or employment eligibility compliance.</li><li>Collaborate on associate engagement, HR and Associate events, recognition programs, and culture-building efforts.</li><li>Assist with audit preparation and ensure HR practices align with legal and organizational standards.</li><li>Provide cross-coverage and act as a backup to the P&amp;O Director as needed.</li><li>Contribute to ongoing HR strategy development and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What can you expect from Nom Nom?</b></p><ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Associate Discount</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription and much more</li><li>Health Savings Account and FSA</li><li>401K with a match to 4%</li><li>We pay 100% of Short Term and Long-Term disability</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Paid holidays and vacation</li><li>Formal training and opportunities for career progression</li></ul><p></p><h3>Nom Nom embraces inclusion, diversity and equal opportunity.
