As a Finance Business Partner, you won’t just report numbers, you’ll shape the narrative.
Your role? Enable bold decisions through robust financial planning, elevate our value creation with a long-term lens, and act as a strategic co-pilot to lead sustainable growth across all clients and categories. Youll be the go-to partner for cross-functional teams, working hand-in-hand with Sales, Sales Revenue Management, Trade Administration, Marketing, S&OP and Digital teams to fuel our accelerated growth in a highly dynamic environment.
What are we looking for?
You hold a degree in Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or an MBA with a financial focus.
Strong track record in financial planning, business partnering, and influencing strategic decisions. Understanding of complete P&L to drive value through strategic planning.
+5 years of experience in Commercial Finance (Sales or Marketing Business Partner) or Financial Planning and Analysis.
You master accounting principles, have experience in budget management and speak both the language of numbers and strategic impact.
You thrive on data, advanced analytical skills and Excel expertise allow you to translate complexity into clarity. Ensure quality data in every scenario.
You collaborate across silos, influence without authority, and enjoy being a connector within the business.
You’re fluent in Spanish and English.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Financial Strategy: Guide financial forecasting (budget owner of all P&L), scenario planning, and performance reviews. Go beyond reporting - challenge, advise, and drive clarity on what matters most.
Creation of Operating Plan: Elaborate P&L for operating plan, analyze inputs, align stakeholders, and deliver accurate, timely submissions that drive the business forward. Periodic followup on plan to ensure 100% compliance of all KPIS.
Logistics Trade Budget Owner: Operational excellence in trade budget management of Latin America North.
México Accrual Owner: Precise management of accruals, ensure correct support for every accrual, lead PWC audits, ensure every period close has correct Sales and Logistic Trade Accruals.
Deliver Insightful Reporting: Craft financial reports that tell a story - bringing insights to life and supporting data-driven decisions at all levels.
Advise Senior Leaders: Provide strategic viewpoints on P&L and risks and opportunities - helping Mars navigate smart, bold decisions.
Own the Storytelling: Be the finance voice and prepare and present analysis for Leadership Team, distill complexity into compelling insights, and ensure alignment across all business.
