This is a highly visible role within the organization, interacting with top executives and assistants globally, internally and externally. The Executive Support Partner will be expected to exercise discretion and independent judgment within an aligned framework.</p><p></p><h1><b>What are we looking for?</b></h1><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a global executive support role</li><li>Associates degree in related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Someone who enjoys the challenge of constant change and solving complex puzzles</li><li>Excellent organizational, follow-up and analytical skills, comfortable managing conflict and leading preparation of meetings and events.</li><li>Ability to function well under pressure with a high volume of demand</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, partnerships, and high-profile relationships.</li><li>Professionalism and Confidentiality – navigating the balance between transparency and discretion</li><li>Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and independent judgment, as well as being part of a team, effectively managing peer relationships, making sound decisions under pressure in both situations.</li><li>High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs</li></ul><p></p><h1><b>What will be your key responsibilities?</b></h1><ul><li>Heavy and complex calendar management with independent decision making based on priorities, which requires forward-thinking &amp; strategizing.</li><li>Act as a strategic partner, proactively solving business challenges and optimizing Executive’s productivity</li><li>Manage high-level external meetings, speaking engagements, and conferences, ensuring the Executive is fully prepared with briefs and insights.</li><li>Plan and organize extensive international and domestic travel arrangements.</li><li>Complete paperwork, business invitation letters, and applications to obtain Visas for the Executive. Expert knowledge and advice for visa process.</li><li>Plan and organize key internal and external meetings and events (both domestic and international) while effectively managing time and budget constraints</li><li>Play a crucial role in managing cross-functional and cross-segment meetings and events by acting as a point of contact, planner, organizer, and enabler across functions and business units. Working closely with senior leadership and ensuring requirements are met.</li><li>Clearly and effectively communicate, adapting communication styles for different audiences, including internal stakeholders and external partners</li><li>Support the Executive Assistant Team with event management &amp; work overflow, which requires strong collaboration and ownership.</li><li>Work independently with minimal supervision, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes and schedules.</li><li>Serves as the central point of contact, ensuring effective communication and coordination amongst global functions, segments, and teams.
