Job Description:<h1></h1><div>The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving the Ice Cream Business Unit Value Creation Plan as a key business leader within our portfolio of brands. This role blends brand leadership, cross-functional execution, innovation pipeline management, and customer collaboration. You’ll have ownership of P&amp;L levers and will play a critical role in the brand’s continued evolution. The Brand Manager will drive the brand strategy inclusive of forecasting and consumption analytics to achieve specific brand/cell objectives, lead portfolio projects, including delivery of sales, P&amp;L, MAC, and Household Penetration targets. </div><div>What are we looking for? </div><div><ul><li>5+ years Brand Marketing experience across differentiated categories required, CPG industry experiences preferred.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Effective Financial Acumen and understanding of P&amp;L management.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Acute brand marketing experiences required, including brand building, content/campaign activations, digital marketing, agile marketing tactics, and non-traditional ways to build awareness and engagement among consumers.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>People leadership experience managing direct reports and/or adjacent teams.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven analytical skills. Must be comfortable mining and analyzing data, then developing clear and actionable conclusions/recommendations.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Cross-functional leadership experience with proven project management ability  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to juggle multiple projects with discipline, agility, and a growth mindset  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>High levels of interpersonal skills, specifically in the area of influencing without direct authority, resolving conflict, and creative problem solving.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proficiency in Nielsen and Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).  </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>What will be your key responsibilities? </div><div>Brand Strategy &amp; Execution: </div><div><ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that fuels growth leveraging customer, consumer, factory and brand data. Translate consumer insights into compelling go-to-market plans. </li></ul></div><div>Marketing Leadership: </div><div><ul><li>Lead the creation and execution of annual marketing plans. Collaborate across internal teams (R&amp;D, product, content) to ensure messaging is breakthrough, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner with Inter-Agency Teams (across Media, PR, Consumer Promo and Creative) on brand activities that meet business objectives. </li></ul></div><div>P&amp;L Management: </div><div><ul><li>Full responsibility for managing P&amp;L levers and play a pivotal role in shaping the future trajectory of brands within the portfolio. </li></ul></div><div>Innovation Pipeline: </div><div><ul><li>Own the 3-year innovation roadmap for brand/portfolio, including PPA and Product news. Champion cross-functional development (R&amp;D, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) from concept to shelf. </li></ul></div><div>Customer &amp; Sales Partnership: </div><div><ul><li>Work hand-in-hand with Customer Marketing and/or Sales to develop customer-specific programs and compelling storytelling that inspire and convert. </li></ul></div><div>Performance &amp; Analytics: </div><div><ul><li>Monitor consumption and business performance; inform forecasting assumptions.
