This role works closely with financial advisers who deal directly with our clients to answer enquiries.</p><p></p><p><i>RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.</i></p><p></p><p><b>What will you do?</b></p><ul><li><p>Respond to all types of enquiries in a timely manner via our website, phone, or via email.</p></li><li><p>Speak confidently to prospective clients to help identify their needs and help direct them to an appropriate adviser or third party.</p></li><li><p>Manage referral data, and work with those specialising in data insights to produce reports for senior management meetings.</p></li><li><p>Respond to enquiries from the client facing teams at RBC Brewin Dolphin.</p></li><li><p>Where appropriate, identify and suggest process and customer service improvements.</p></li><li><p>Longer term work to identify existing clients who may benefit from the wider RBC product offering.</p></li><li><p>Support with team organisation including team diary management, travel booking and processing expenses.</p></li><li><p>Support internal projects working with individuals from around the business with the support of the line manager.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What do you need to succeed?</b></p><p><b>Must-have</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Customer facing experience.</p></li><li><p>Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel.
