You will act as a consultant by educating them on our products and services and arming them with the tools they need to achieve their business goals. You will ensure every contractor receives a world class customer experience, and help set the groundwork for them to grow as a business. What youll get to do: <ul> <li>Connect with leads at various stages of the buying journey</li> <li>Qualify and execute on thorough discoveries </li> <li>Identify relevant pain points, needs and values</li> <li>Conduct demos and utilize all training documents to suit each customer’s needs</li> <li>Educate leads on all Roofr solutions, ensuring they receive the best value for their investment</li> <li>Work independently, effectively prioritize and manage your time</li> <li>Be a champion for all Roofr products and services</li> <li>Drive revenue through customer acquisition</li> <li>Maintain a clean CRM and updated pipeline at all times</li> <li>Collaborate with engineering, partnerships, customer success, operations, and leadership to help build and maintain the product that our customers need</li> </ul> What youll bring to the role: <ul> <li>3+ years of inside/outside sales experience</li> <li>You’ve sold SaaS technology using demos and related techniques </li> <li>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota</li> <li>A hunter mentality, going above and beyond to push high value leads to connect and convert</li> <li>A deep understanding of the importance of thorough pipeline management </li> <li>Exceptional communication and organization skills</li> <li>Coachable and eager to learn demeanor </li> <li>Enthusiasm for a fast paced and adaptable work environment</li> <li>Experience in CRMs, Aircall, etc</li> <li>A thoughtful and effective closing strategy </li> </ul> Bonus Points: <ul> <li>Experience with outbound sales (Prospecting, connecting, qualifying, closing) </li> <li>Experience in SaaS, preferably high velocity, lower ARPU subscription sales </li> <li>Experience working for an early stage, high velocity startup environment</li> <li>You have construction or roofing sales experience!</li> </ul> Compensation Package: <ul> <li>Base Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 CAD</li> <li>Performance Variable: 45%</li> <li>Equity </li> </ul><div>🏠 What we offer (US + Canada) When you join our team, you’re not just accepting a job.
