This role is hands-on and dynamic, you’ll capture, edit, and design engaging video and UGC-style content that feels native to TikTok, Meta, and other platforms where our brand shows up.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>You’ll be both a storyteller and creator, comfortable with everything from man-on-the-street interviews to impromptu podcast-style clips, to jumping on emerging social trends. At Ro, we’re makers.</span></div><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li><b>Conversion-Focused Content</b> Capture, edit, and design platform-native paid social creative (video, UGC, static) that drives engagement and measurable results (CTR, CVR, CAC).</li><li><b>UGC + Video Expertise</b> Lead the creation of trend-driven UGC-style ads and short-form video. Make sure every piece feels authentic, fresh, and aligned with Ro’s brand.</li><li><b>Trend Spotting + Adaptation</b> Stay ahead of social and cultural trends, quickly translating them into engaging content. Be ready to test new formats, experiment with lo-fi approaches, and adapt to what’s working in real time.</li><li><b>Data-Driven Iteration</b> Generate and test a high volume of ad concepts, using performance insights to refine creative approaches and develop new hypotheses.</li><li><b>Process + Scaling</b> Build templates and frameworks that speed up creative iteration and bring consistency across campaigns. Collaborate with copywriters to stretch the brand into new formats and executions.</li><li><b>Execution + Collaboration</b> Own projects end-to-end: from capturing raw footage to editing final deliverables. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.</span></div><div><br /></div><div>Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
