The Merchandising Admin Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the merchandising function. Responsible for ensuring up to date and accurate information is entered and maintained. Performing analysis and reporting on sales, stock, commitment, intake, markdown and margin as directed by the Assistant Merchandiser &amp; Merchandiser.<br /><br /></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Assists the merchandising team with accurate, concise analysis and administrative support to maximise profit throughout all channels</li><li>Demonstrates commercial awareness, participating in the stocking strategy across all channels. Suggesting action or amendments when needed</li><li>Accurately manage stock inventory</li><li>Accurately manage allocation worklist, in line with agreement from Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandiser</li><li>Accurately maintains Weekly Intake forecasts, responsible for providing relevant and accurate summary of Intake</li><li>Responsible for ensuring promotions and markdowns are correctly actioned and maintained.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining accurate attribution within single view of product</li><li>Efficient use of all merchandising systems. Assisting in creating new or improving existing material</li><li>Work cross functionally with internal teams (Core Merchandising, Distribution Hub and Buying) to identify improvements to ways of working and maintaining consistent accuracy</li><li>Uses all available sources including regular store visits, sales and margin history, comp shops, discusses recommendations to positively impact performance</li><li>May occasionally assist with fundamental tasks typically carried out by a Buyers Admin Assistant or Allocator, supporting cross-functional collaboration during periods of high workload or absence.
