These sentiments capture why we choose Riskified every day. </p> <h2>About the Role</h2> <p>We’re looking for a Product Revenue Enablement Manager to lead product-related training and enablement initiatives across all Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, including Business Development (BD), Account Executives (AE), and Account Managers (AM) – with a focus on the global GTM team. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement and plays a critical role in ensuring that GTM teams are fully equipped to communicate the value, differentiation, and use cases of Riskified’s full product portfolio.</p> <p>The Product Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies that address core selling skills and methodologies and embed deep product knowledge and fluency. This includes understanding existing product offerings, staying ahead of the roadmap, collaborating closely with Product and Product Marketing teams, and translating product updates into effective, scalable training content.</p> <p>You will oversee the end-to-end training lifecycle, facilitate global enablement initiatives, manage learning content, deliver onboarding and bootcamps, and drive product-focused learning across the company.</p> <h2>What Youll Be Doing</h2> <h4><strong>Lead Product Enablement Strategy</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and GTM leadership to align enablement efforts with business goals and product strategy.</li> <li>Translate complex product capabilities and roadmap items into digestible, relevant learning experiences.</li> <li>Proactively identify knowledge gaps or enablement needs through stakeholder feedback, sales insights, and performance data.</li> <li>Ensure product enablement programs support strategic initiatives such as new market entry, product launches, and evolving buyer personas.</li> <li>Act as the internal expert on Riskified’s product suite and roadmap for GTM teams.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Training Content &amp; Program Development</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Create and maintain scalable product training content, including playbooks, battle cards, use case libraries, product release briefs, and demo scripts.</li> <li>Build and deliver engaging learning experiences for new products, features, and product enhancements.</li> <li>Facilitate training sessions and certifications (live and asynchronous) across all GTM functions globally.</li> <li>Introduce interactive, role-based simulations and real-world scenarios to drive product fluency and confidence in customer conversations.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Collaborate closely with Product and Product Marketing to stay informed on upcoming launches and ensure timely enablement.</li> <li>Work with Regional Enablement, Marketing, and Sales Ops teams to localize and tailor content by region and role.</li> <li>Collect feedback from GTM teams to serve as the voice of the field in product discussions, guiding future product development and positioning.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Training Lifecycle &amp; Delivery</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own the product enablement track within GTM onboarding and bootcamps.</li> <li>Implement learning programs that reinforce core sales methodologies (e.g., value selling) through a product lens.</li> <li>Leverage tools like call recordings, feedback loops, and performance metrics to continuously improve training.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Learning Content Management</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Build and maintain a centralized, accessible repository of product-related learning materials, training recordings, and collateral. Ensure materials are accessible, version-controlled, and aligned with the latest product positioning and messaging.</li> <li>Regularly audit and update materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Assessment &amp; Certification</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Develop assessments, quizzes, and certifications to measure product knowledge and application.<br />Track enablement impact through learner engagement, feedback, sales performance, and adoption metrics.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Regional &amp; Global Impact</strong></h4> <ul> <li> <p>Own a global product enablement initiative or GTM enablement theme in collaboration with internal or external stakeholders.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or related Sales roles in a B2B SaaS or technology company.</li> <li>Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and the needs of GTM teams (BD, AE, AM).</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-facing messaging.</li> <li>Proven experience building scalable training programs and learning content.</li> <li>Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with tools such as LMS platforms and sales enablement platforms (e.g., SF, Mindtickle, etc.)</li> </ul> <h2>Life at Riskified</h2> <p><span>We are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 750+ team members globally.
