These sentiments capture why we choose Riskified every day.  <h2>About the Role</h2> *Candidates must be based on the West Coast due to stakeholder locations* We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join Riskified’s Partnerships team and own our engagement with the Shopify ecosystem — including the agencies and systems integrators that design, develop, and implement high-performance eCommerce experiences for top merchants. You’ll work closely with Shopify and its ecosystem of agencies, headless commerce experts, and multi-platform systems integrators who influence merchants’ tech stack decisions — from storefront architecture to payments and fraud prevention. Your mission: make Riskified a trusted, go-to solution within the Shopify ecosystem and beyond, ensuring partners recommend us when advising merchants on conversion optimization, fraud prevention, and payments strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands both partnership strategy and the fast-moving, relationship-driven world of Shopify. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Own the Shopify partner channel for Riskified: identify, recruit, and activate high-impact Shopify Plus agencies, developers, and integrators.</li> <li>Build deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders (agency founders, strategy leads, solutions architects) to make Riskified a core part of their recommended merchant stack.</li> <li>Drive measurable impact through partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; track, report, and forecast performance in Salesforce.</li> <li>Be the voice of the Shopify ecosystem internally — sharing merchant insights, product opportunities, and emerging trends with GTM and Product teams.</li> <li>Represent Riskified at Shopify events, ecosystem partner summits, and agency-led events.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market motions with Shopify partners, including enablement, co-marketing, referrals, and event activations.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> Must-Have Experience <ul> <li>4–7 years in partnerships, business development, or agency-facing roles — ideally in eCommerce, payments, or SaaS.</li> <li>Track record of building and growing partnerships within the Shopify ecosystem.</li> <li>Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset; comfortable creating urgency and driving revenue outcomes.</li> <li>Experience managing a partner funnel: prospecting, pitching, onboarding, and enabling partners.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with strong execution skills; can prioritize and move fast without losing focus.</li> <li>Excellent communicator — equally confident with an agency founder, a merchant C-level exec, or an internal product team.</li> <li>Self-starter with high integrity and low ego who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</li> </ul> Bonus Points <ul> <li>Previous experience at a fraud prevention company.</li> <li>Deep familiarity with Shopify Plus, agencies, systems integrators, or commerce consultancies.</li> <li>Understanding of the eCommerce stack (payments, fraud, shipping, headless, personalization, etc.) and the merchant decision-making process.</li> <li>Experience building or scaling a partner channel from the ground up.</li> </ul> Why Join Us <ul> <li>Own your channel: This isn’t a support role. The base salary range for this position is $120,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location. All full-time regular employees receive a bonus target and are eligible to receive stock-based awards.
