As we grow, were seeking a world-class Senior UX /UI Product Designer to craft seamless user experiences and beautiful and intuitive interfaces for our platforms.  As the Senior Product Designer, you’ll push boundaries with innovative design trends, ensuring our interfaces are visually captivating and highly usable. You’ll immerse yourself in the user journey, collaborate closely with users, product managers, and engineers. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will own and evolve our design system while crafting stunning, user-centric interfaces.  This is an impactful, ‘roll up your sleeves’ entrepreneurial position where you will manage a wide range of high-impact projects. If youre passionate about solving complex problems, exploring new paradigms, and shaping healthcare design, this role is for you.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul> <li>Lead End-to-End Product Design: Own the entire UX/UI process for consumer-facing and internal products - discovery through delivery - while evolving our design process.Follow and evolve our existing design process.</li> <li>Champion UX Research: Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and iterative design validation to generate actionable insights.</li> <li>Craft Exceptional UI: Design accessible, engaging interfaces that exceed user expectations and delight visually.</li> <li>Own &amp; Evolve Design Systems: Drive the development and maintenance of scalable, consistent design system, integrated with engineering workflows.</li> <li>Drive Innovation: Explore new design paradigms, AI tools, motion design, and interaction models to elevate the product experience.</li> <li>Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders. Be an active, supportive member of our tight-knit design team, reviewing, ideating, and iterating together.</li> <li>Facilitate Ideation &amp; Alignment: Lead collaborative workshops that foster creativity, clarity, and team alignment.</li> <li>Enable Others Through Design Tools: Create systems and guidelines that empower non-designers to contribute while maintaining consistency (including AI design tools).</li> <li>Apply AI in Practice: Leverage AI to accelerate user research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and more. </li> </ul> YOUR SKILLS: <ul> <li>6+ years of experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile products, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role.</li> <li>A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking, UX research, innovation, and visual excellence.</li> <li>Deep experience owning and evolving design systems.</li> <li>Mastery of Figma, usability testing tools, and modern AI-enhanced design tools.</li> <li>Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and methods like JTBD.</li> <li>Excellent skills in motion design, transitions, and micro-interactions that enhance usability.</li> <li>Strong presenter, facilitator, and influencer; you communicate clearly and guide discussions with confidence.</li> <li>A self-starter with a high level of initiative and comfort operating in ambiguity</li> </ul> BONUS SKILLS: <ul> <li>Degree in UX, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, Visual Design, or related field.</li> <li>Experience in healthcare product design.</li> <li>Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, product/project management.</li> </ul> IMPORTANT: A high-quality portfolio and a short design challenge presentation will be part of the interview process.   BASE SALARY: $110,000-155,000   ABOUT RIGHTWAY: Rightway is the leader in driving healthcare value for everyone, everywhere through smart clinical navigation, best-in-class technology, and the lightest lift client experience.
