ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a Pharmacy Analytics Manager to join our team. The individual will be responsible for managing the analytics of the Rightway Pharmacy Network. This will include compliance to contracts, network strategy, reporting and pharmacy audit analytics. WHAT YOU’LL DO: <ul> <li>Manage the pharmacy analytics program for Rightways pharmacy network, including tracking performance, network audit protocol. and forecast.</li> <li>Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the pharmacy network and forecast performance, using data analytics tools and techniques as needed.</li> <li>Develop and implement strategies to optimize client network opportunities.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, such as federal and state laws governing pharmacy networks.</li> <li>Develop pharmacy strategy as it relates to audits (on-site and daily).</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including account management, operations, underwriting, to ensure alignment with network strategies.</li> <li>Provide regular reporting and analysis of pharmacy network performance to senior management on a routine basis.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> WHO YOU ARE: <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., business, pharmacy, or healthcare administration)</li> <li>2-4 years of experience in PBM analytics or a related field</li> <li>Proven track record of success in making pharmacy data actionable</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management systems including SQL, Python or other related system</li> </ul> EXTRA CREDIT: <ul> <li>Master’s Degree in a related field (business, pharmacy or healthcare)</li> <li>5+ Years of PBM Experience</li> <li>Tableau or other reporting software</li> <li>Pharmacy Technician</li> </ul> BASE SALARY: $125,000 - $145,000 Offer amounts for both remote and in office roles are influenced by geographic location.
