No matter what team you’re on, the work you do here makes a positive impact across the globe. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Rhombus is looking for a </span><b>Commercial Account Executive</b><span> who is passionate about selling, and owning the majority of the sales cycle, from qualification to close. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tenacious, confident, with a willingness to engage in prospecting to maintain individual funnels as expected. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering and Product teams to act as a subject matter expert on Rhombus cameras and software. </span></div><h3>What Youll Do:</h3><ul><li>Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting and outreach to new customers, product demos, product trials, and strategic negotiations with customers and channel partners </li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of Rhombus’ products as new hardware and features are released </li><li>Grow and maintain close relationships with Channel Managers and Channel Partners within a territory </li><li>Consistently exceed quarterly sales quota and maintain pipeline to support selling over quota </li><li>Provide feedback to Rhombus’ hardware, engineering, and development teams </li></ul><h3>What Were Looking For:</h3><ul><li>3-5 years of B2B channel experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas</li><li>Proven ability to manage competitive and strategic sales efforts within SMB/Mid-Market</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills when working with peers, customers, and partners</li><li>Proficient in strategic outbound prospecting with a focus on business development through channel</li><li>Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, Chili Piper, Zoom, and Dialpad is a plus</li><li>Strong team collaboration skills with internal cross-functional departments</li><li>Open to travel for client engagements, such as meetings and events, and team gatherings</li></ul><div><span>This is a remote position. Candidates can be located anywhere on the East Coast of the United States.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Need to be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Compensation</b><span> </span></div><div><span>Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000</span></div><div><span>Estimated OTE (base salary + commission): $140,000-$160,000</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include uncapped commission, sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidates primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training.
