This role is ideal for designers looking to take their skills to the next level in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  </span></div><h3>How youll add value: </h3><ul><li><b>Design Impactful Experiences</b>: Lead design efforts on small to medium-sized projects, creating thoughtful visual design, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototypes that enhance the user journey.  </li><li><b>Collaborate Cross-Functionally:</b> Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life, ensuring alignment with product goals and business objectives.  </li><li><b>Participate in Design Reviews</b>: Present your work to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to iterate and improve designs, always with an eye toward the user’s needs.  </li><li><b>Contribute to User-Centered Solutions</b>: Utilize user research, feedback, and data analysis to ensure your designs solve real pain points and elevate the overall product experience.  </li><li><b>Enhance Design Consistency</b>: Maintain and contribute to Restaurant365’s design system to ensure cohesive user experiences across all platform components.  </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul><h3>What youll need to be successful in this role: </h3><ul><li>3+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your problem-solving and user-focused design skills.  </li><li>A keen interest in creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that tackle complex problems with creativity and precision.  </li><li>Strong expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to produce high-quality wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.  </li><li>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and value the contributions of product managers, engineers, and fellow designers in the design process.  </li><li>A deep understanding of the importance of user research and usability testing, along with the ability to iterate based on feedback and data.  </li><li>Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, shifting priorities as necessary to meet business and user needs.  </li><div><br /></div><div><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS </b></div><li>Prior experience designing for SaaS platforms or B2B products, especially in the restaurant or hospitality industries, is highly desirable.  </li><li>In-depth understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices to ensure that designs are functional, elegant, and easy to use.  </li><li>Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across product lines.  </li><li>Ability to distill complex user needs and business goals into clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.  </li></ul><div><span>DYN365, Inc d/b/a Restaurant365 is an equal opportunity employer.</span></div>
