This hybrid role sits at the intersection of product, UX, and User Learning crafting experiences that help our users succeed from within the product and beyond. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>You’ll be the go-to expert for building and optimizing In-App guides, tooltips, and onboarding flows, while also collaborating on user documentation, release notes, and help center content. If you love simplifying complex ideas, have a sharp eye for user experience, and enjoy wearing a few different hats, we’d love to meet you. </span></div><h3>How youll add value: </h3><ul><li><b>In-App Messaging &amp; Content Management: </b>Own the creation, deployment, and maintenance of in-app messaging; partner with product managers, user learning, and product design to plan and prioritize messaging needs; create and test tooltips, onboarding walkthroughs, surveys, and feature announcements; use Pendo analytics to measure engagement and make data-driven improvements. </li><li><b>Technical Writing &amp; Product Content: </b>Write and maintain user-facing documentation such as knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and FAQs; collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand new features and translate them into clear, helpful content; help draft release notes and change logs for internal and external use; ensure all content follows voice and tone guidelines and is consistent across platforms; advocate for clear, accessible language and contribute to improving our content standards. </li></ul><h3>What youll need to be successful in this role: </h3><ul><li>2–5 years experience in content writing, UX writing, technical writing, or a similar role. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Pendo or comparable in-app messaging platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Appcues, Userlane). </li><li>Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language. </li><li>Understanding of user experience principles and how content fits into product design. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail. </li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. </li><div><br /></div><div><b>PREFERRED</b></div><li>Experience working in SaaS or software product environments. </li><li>Familiarity with content management tools  </li><li>Basic HTML/CSS or experience working in web-based authoring tools. </li><li>Experience with analytics or A/B testing tools to inform content decisions. </li></ul><h3>R365 Team Member Benefits &amp; Compensation</h3><ul><li>This position has a salary range of $87,083.33 - $121,916.67 / year. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
