This role combines technical expertise with relationship management skills to help us quickly plan, test, and facilitate key strategic partnerships.In this role you will:<ul><li>Technical Integration &amp; Support<ul><li>Lead technical onboarding and integration processes for new strategic partners</li><li>Design and implement custom demos and applications on Replit for partner demos and events</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues across partner integrations</li><li>Provide technical guidance and best practices to partner development teams</li></ul></li><li>Partner Enablement<ul><li>Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for partner teams</li><li>Develop technical demos and proof-of-concepts for prospective partners</li><li>Host hackathons for initiatives across the partnership function</li><li>Serve as escalation point for complex technical partner issues</li></ul></li><li>Product &amp; Platform Development<ul><li>Collaborate with engineering teams to build partner-focused features and tools</li><li>Design and develop partner-specific tooling, dashboards, and monitoring systems</li><li>Build internal tools to streamline partner management and technical operations</li></ul></li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with Partnership, Sales, and Marketing teams on technical aspects of deals</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa</li><li>Provide technical input on partnership strategy and go-to-market plans</li><li>Support sales engineering efforts for strategic partnership opportunities</li></ul></li></ul>Required skills and experience:<ul><li>4+ years of software engineering, dev relations, sales engineering, or partner engineering experience</li><li>Comfortable speaking in large group settings and hosting hackathons</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript</li><li>Knowledge of Vibe Coding tools and traditional developer tools</li><li>Experience with common integrations and APIs</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT)</li><li>Background in SaaS platforms or B2B integrations</li><li>Extensive portfolio or experience building applications with Replit</li><li>Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and modern integration patterns</li></ul>Tools + Tech Stack for this role:<ul><li>Languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar</li><li>APIs &amp; Integration: REST, GraphQL, webhooks, message queues</li><li>Databases: SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling</li><li>Cloud &amp; Infrastructure: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes</li><li>Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and logging tools</li><li>Security: Authentication, encryption, secure API design</li></ul>This role is a good fit if you have:<ul><li>An entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments</li><li>Genuine passion for supporting founders and the startup community</li><li>A data-driven approach to partnership development and optimization</li><li>A love for sharing Replit and AI tools</li><li>Interest in travel and working across global regions</li></ul>This role may not be a fit if:<ul><li>You’re looking for a very structured, defined role</li><li>You have never Vibe Coded or built on Replit</li><li>You’re not comfortable hosting large hackathons or events</li></ul>This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office.
