The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in the midst of change, and adapt to the growing needs of the Finance and Fashion operations teams, and to help drive a programme of change to enhance financial and operational efficiency as part of a dedicated team of D365 specialists. What You’ll Do:  <ul> <li>Configuration Management: Handle configuration requests from users, ensuring D365 F&amp;O modules are tailored to meet specific business processes and requirements.</li> <li>Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current system capabilities and business needs, proposing actionable solutions to bridge gaps.</li> <li>Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs): Write clear and comprehensive FRDs to document business requirements, functional designs, and proposed solutions.</li> <li>Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, pain points, and future goals.</li> <li>Solution Design: Design and propose D365 F&amp;O solutions that leverage out-of-the-box functionalities, align with business needs, and integrate with other systems where necessary.</li> <li>System Configuration &amp; Customization: Configure D365 F&amp;O modules to meet business requirements, with minimal customization to maintain system scalability and upgradeability.</li> <li>Testing Support: Participate in and support testing phases, including unit testing, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet requirements and function correctly.</li> <li>User Training &amp; Support: Provide training to end-users and internal teams on D365 F&amp;O functionalities, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.</li> <li>Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical developers, project managers, and end-users, to deliver cohesive solutions.</li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize D365 F&amp;O functionalities, enhancing operational efficiency and user experience.</li> <li>Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and transparency.</li> </ul> About You: <ul> <li>Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science).</li> <li>Proven experience with 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.</li> <li>Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional certifications a plus.</li> <li>Business Acumen: Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions.</li> <li>Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues.</li> <li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.</li> <li>Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li> <li>Documentation: Skill in creating clear and concise documentation.</li> <li>Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new features and adapt to evolving D365 F&amp;O capabilities.</li> <li>Module Expertise: In-depth knowledge and configuration experience in specific D365 F&amp;O modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Accounting, Commerce).</li> <li>Requirement Analysis: Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.</li> <li>Solution Design: Ability to design and configure D365 F&amp;O to meet business needs.</li> <li>User Training: Experience in training end-users and providing support.</li> <li>Testing: Involvement in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li> </ul> Benefits: At Rent the Runway, we’re committed to the wellbeing of our employees, and aim to create a workplace that fosters both personal and professional growth.
