Provide insights and recommendations to maintain financial control and support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Performance Reporting: Prepare and present reports on reporting portfolio performance, risks, and recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in reporting portfolio management processes, incorporating best practices and lessons learned.</li><li>Governance and Compliance: Ensure robust internal governance by overseeing the implementation and adherence to standardized processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms. Maintain compliance with internal policies and industry best practices to support transparency and accountability.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><div>Requirements</div><div><ul><li>Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in portfolio reporting or a related field. </li><li>Proven track record of managing large and complex portfolios. </li><li>Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.  Master’s degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS in Finance) </li><li>PMP (Project Management Professional) is required. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to implement standardized processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.  </li><li>Demonstrated skills in identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring spending, and providing strategic insights for financial control. </li><li>Familiarity with risk management frameworks and financial analysis tools is preferred.  </li><li>Proficiency in using project management software and reporting tools such as PowerBi, Tableau, Excel, is beneficial.  </li><li>Excellent ability to collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define goals, track project performance, and present comprehensively.  </li><li>Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Prince 2, PMP, or Agile) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is advantageous. </li></ul></div><div>We know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
