This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for web and API-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems meet performance benchmarks and deliver high-quality user experiences.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for web and API-based applications</li><li>Identify performance bottlenecks, root causes, and recommend optimizations across application, database, and infrastructure layers</li><li>Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure systems meet performance benchmarks</li><li>Create performance test scripts, scenarios, and data models that simulate real-world usage patterns</li><li>Collect, analyze, and report performance metrics and KPIs</li><li>Contribute to continuous performance testing within CI/CD pipelines</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of experience in performance and automation testing</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience</li><li>Proficiency with Apache JMeter (Must Have)</li><li>Experience with LoadRunner, TruClient, VuGen</li><li>Experience with distributed load testing and cloud-based tools (e.g., AWS EC2, Linux)</li><li>Experience with New Relic or similar performance monitoring tools</li><li>Ability to script performance test scripts using BlazeMeter</li><li>Ability to interpret test results and create Root Cause Analyses (RCAs)</li><li>Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices</li></ul>Work in a Way That Works for YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
