You’ll be a trusted advisor to both application teams and healthcare organizations, providing strategic guidance on implementation, project progress, and go-live support.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>From day one, you’ll collaborate with a committed team, making a meaningful impact while growing in the areas that interest you most.</span></div><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Drive</b> multiple, concurrent integration projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring customer timelines and complex technical requirements are successfully met.</li><li><b>Provide strategic guidance</b> by evaluating customer workflows and technical infrastructure, identifying integration gaps, and proposing scalable solutions to enhance efficiency.</li><li><b>Design, build, and deploy</b> customer integrations using our platforms tools, managing the full cycle of configuration, testing, modification, and go-live support.</li><li><b>Partner with cross-functional teams</b>, including Account Management and Sales, to ensure the long-term success and technical health of key customer accounts.</li><li><b>Develop and maintain</b> clear technical documentation, reusable implementation assets, and internal best practices to empower both customers and internal teams.</li><li><b>Maintain clear and proactive communication</b>, providing regular status updates on project milestones, risks, and outcomes to all internal and external stakeholders.</li><li><b>Continuously advance your expertise</b> in key integration standards and technologies to serve as a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues.</li><li><b>Willingness to travel</b> to customer sites as needed (approximately 5-10%).</li></ul><h3>Required Skills &amp; Experience </h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role, preferably within Healthcare IT, EHR implementation, or a related SaaS industry.</li><li>Proven success managing a portfolio of multiple, concurrent software implementation or integration projects from start to finish.</li><li>Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Hands-on experience with key healthcare integration standards and data formats (e.g., HL7v2, FHIR, X12, C-CDA) and familiarity with modern APIs.</li><li>Deep understanding of clinical workflows and direct experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deconstruct and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a trusted strategic advisor for customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.</li><li>A self-driven work ethic and a demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.</li><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li>Direct experience with one or more healthcare interface engines (e.g., Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Corepoint, Cloverleaf).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of complex projects (10+) concurrently without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction.</li><li>Experience using data not just for project reporting, but to derive insights that improve team-wide processes, documentation, and customer outcomes.</li><li>Experience acting as a mentor or subject matter expert on a project team, guiding colleagues and influencing cross-functional partners to achieve a common goal.</li><li>Previous experience thriving in the dynamic environment of a high-growth, scaling technology company.</li></ul><h3>Software Platform / Tools</h3><ul><li>Preferred: Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce</li></ul><div><b>Please keep reading...</b></div><div>Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box.
