What You’ll do: Platform Management <ul> <li>Craft and execute strategies for Instagram Stories, Facebook, X, and Threads that align with our brands unique identity and keep our audience engaged.</li> <li>Create and schedule eye-catching content tailored to each platform, focusing on visual storytelling and meaningful community engagement.</li> <li>Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends, features and best practices to keep our organic reach and engagement flying high.</li> <li>Keep the conversation going by actively engaging with our community across all platforms.</li> </ul> Content Development &amp; Collaboration <ul> <li>Work closely with the Creative, Editorial, and Partnerships teams to build seamless content strategies that support both brand and partner objectives.</li> <li>Exploring opportunities for revenue-impacting projects that align with our brand vibe and captivate our audience.</li> <li>Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, uncover insights and generate reports to fine-tune our strategies and elevate future campaigns.</li> <li>Help prepare and deliver engaging presentations and reports for internal stakeholders on content strategies and platform performance.</li> </ul> What We’re looking for: <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience in a social media role, focusing on content creation and platform management for Instagram Stories, Facebook, X, and Threads.</li> <li>Strong understanding of each platforms unique features and engagement strategies.</li> <li>Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.</li> <li>Ability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable strategies.</li> <li>Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for developing innovative content ideas.</li> <li>Enthusiasm for learning and growing.</li> <li>Travel is a key part of this role.
