We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead Bankrate’s paid media, affiliate distribution, CRM acquisition, and marketing QA programs. This individual will own the full-funnel performance marketing strategy, driving profitable customer acquisition and long-term value through data-driven, ROI-focused initiatives. They will oversee a large-scale media budget, build and mentor a world-class team, and collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, product, customer success, and finance to optimize performance at scale. *This role is open to remote or hybrid candidates (East coast preference), with hybrid being central to our New York, NY or Charlotte area offices.
